employASD Fellowship (Free)
Free, small‑batch job‑skills coaching for autistic adults—up to 5 Fellows at a time.
Coaching is delivered by an autistic coach in plain language, with gentle pacing and practical materials you can use right away.
Scope (you choose the order):
- Resume & LinkedIn Tune‑Up — clarity, keywords, and honest strengths.
- Mock Interviews — practice Q&A plus preferences for camera, lighting, breaks.
- Accommodations Script — short, respectful wording to request what you need.
- Job‑Search Rhythm — weekly plan for applications, follow‑ups, and energy.
- Email Templates — outreach, thank‑you, scheduling, references.
Time & capacity: 2–5 hours per Fellow over ~90 days; up to 5 Fellows active at a time.
Completion: employASD Fellow certificate + optional reference based on work observed. (No placement guarantee.)
Boundary: Educational coaching only—no clinical therapy, legal advice, or employment placement services.

- Do I need a diagnosis for employASD? No. Self‑identification is fine; we don’t collect medical records.
- Will you be a reference? Often yes—if we’ve worked together enough to speak to your strengths (coach’s discretion).
